Sort of a bug theme here of late.
Giant Japanese wasps, which have a venom that can dissolve human tissue, raid a colony of imported european honey bees and 30 of the wasps slaughter 30,000 of the bees in under 3 hours, then “gorge themselves on honey and cart off bee larvae to feed their own young”. Freaky. Little insect vikings.
The hornets later go after some Japanese honeybees with a different result.
Stay away if you are squemish about the creepy crawlies, lots of tight close ups and such.
